OpenBlend CEO and founder shortlisted for Female Entrepreneur 2019

Being a Manager is a tough gig. You’ve been promoted because you’re good at what you do, you’ve succeeded in your role and the next step is to manage a team of others and in turn support them to succeed. But being good at what you do doesn’t automatically qualify you to be able to handle the complex dynamics of a team and the differing needs of your individual reports. Here’s our top 3 quick tips for being the manager people never want to leave.

Anna Rasmussen, our very own CEO and founder has been shortlisted for Female Entrepreneur 2019 at the Enterprise Awards 2019, which will be announced on the 25th of June 2019.

‘The Oscars for Technology Entrepreneurs’ will be hosted in London, now for its 9th year of celebrating some of the most successful technology entrepreneurs in the United Kingdom and Ireland. This year, Sir Ken Olisa, the Lord Lieutenant of Greater London and co-Founder of the Enterprise Awards will be the guest speaker.

‘It’s great to be recognised for all we’ve achieved at Open Blend. The team and I work really hard to build a product that supports people to achieve their full potential in the workplace. I really hope that this nomination broadens our reach and ability to do so.’ Anna Rasmussen, CEO & Founder at Open Blend.

About the Awards

Attended by Technology celebrities, Investors and high growth businesses and contributing to the WCIT Chosen Charity. This event is uniquely focused on the founder, rather than the business themselves, judging previous winners on their examples of vision, growth, innovation, funding, use of capital, use of resources, strategy, execution, ambition and determined to succeed.
